A tropical utopia that settles between river and sea — engineered in wood, built with precision, and designed to serve the landscape rather than conquer it.

Developed in partnership with UNA Barbara e Valentim and Crosslam Brasil, this project showcases the Modular BV system: glulam (MLC) structures and CLT slabs assembled with industrial efficiency and environmental sensitivity.

We delivered a complete visual system — hero images, cinematic film, and editorial assets — to translate the rigor of engineered timber into the poetry of tropical dwelling. Featured in Interior Design, Designboom, and Archello.
